Welcome to Compass Refresh. By using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before engaging with our company. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
1. SERVICE AREA
Compass Refresh provides services primarily in Texas, Oklahoma, Arkansas, and Louisiana. Service availability may vary by location and project scope.
2. QUOTES AND ESTIMATES
All quotes and estimates provided are based on the information available at the time of the request. They are subject to change if additional work or unforeseen conditions arise. Quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified.
3. PAYMENT
Payment terms will be outlined in your service agreement or invoice. Payments are due as specified and may include deposits before work begins. We accept various payment methods as communicated during the service process.
4. CANCELLATIONS
Clients may cancel services by providing notice at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may be subject to fees or partial charges.
5. WARRANTIES
Compass Refresh strives to deliver quality workmanship. Any warranties on services or products will be communicated explicitly and are limited to the terms outlined in your service agreement.
6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Compass Refresh shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service provided.
7. INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify and hold Compass Refresh, its employees, and affiliates harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your use of our services or breach of these Terms.
8. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
9. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
These Terms & Conditions, along with any service agreements, represent the entire agreement between you and Compass Refresh and supersede all prior agreements or understandings.
10. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website with an updated revision date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of those changes.
