Compass Refresh was founded by Dylan Crowl after he saw too many property owners deal with unreliable, unlicensed contractors delivering poor-quality work with no accountability. Dylan has a background in welding, fabrication, landscaping, and other hands-on trades, and built the company around the values he learned growing up in Texas: hard work, precision, reliability, and taking pride in the finished result.

ON-TIME GUARANTEE
If we ever miss a confirmed service date or time, we'll honor our on-time guarantee by giving you 5% off your total invoice. We never make excuses or exceptions for a late arrival or no-show.
COMPLIANCE GUARANTEE
We guarantee that all our parking lot striping work meets or exceeds ADA standards and local Texas requirements. If it doesn't, you have our word that we'll fix it at no additional cost.
DURABILITY GUARANTEE
Under our durability guarantee, our striping paint and sealcoating work will remain visible and intact for at least 6 months under normal conditions. If you're not fully satisfied, we offer free retouches.
$2 MILLION LIABILITY INSURANCE PROTECTION
We protect every property we work on throughout the project. Compass Refresh, Inc. carries comprehensive liability coverage across all states and can provide certificates of insurance on request.

Across the Compass Refresh brand family, we partner with the same vendors trusted by commercial contractors nationwide. Our striping paint comes from PPG and Sherwin-Williams. Our application equipment is Graco. Our pressure washing systems are commercial 10 GPM rigs rated for 3,000-7,000 PSI on hard surfaces and 150-500 PSI on soft-wash applications. We exclusively use commercial-grade equipment, and we don't take shortcuts on materials.
